The Carnes Law Firm is an experienced trial and appellate law firm focusing on civil litigation, immigration matters, criminal defense, family law and small business law. The firm primarily serves clients in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area, Eastern Missouri, Southern Illinois, and other states on a case by case basis.
Mr. Carnes is able to competently advise clients on when and whether to settle or fight -- whether to pursue negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. We recognize the legitimate and growing concerns that our clients have about the rising cost of litigation and have made a commitment to planning and other proactive measures in order to resolve disputes efficiently, fairly, and economically. We like to be part of the solution, not the problem, and we have extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies, including mediation and arbitration. We take pride in offering skilled legal counsel so that our clients feel secure and informed about their decisions.
